What is GigMap?

For many musicians, booking a DIY tour in 2026 still looks a lot like it did in 2006. A spreadsheet of venue contacts copied from somewhere. An inbox with follow up reminders due to unanswered emails. A note on your phone reminding you to follow up with The Hideout, eventually. Maybe a Google Doc your bassist swears they updated.

The reality is that most musicians who book their own shows are doing it without a dedicated system, not because good tools don't exist, but because the right one for them hasn't clicked yet. Every artist works differently. Every band is at a different stage.

 

We built GigMap because some of those musicians needed something that fit the way they already think.
